Refunds will only be initiated if any primary service or tool (such as Semrush, SpyFu, Ubersuggest, StoryBlocks, Quetext, Grammarly, Canva, Vista Create (formerly Crello), or Moz) remains non-functional for three or more consecutive days. Please note that specific limitations and restrictions may apply to group buy access, and we cannot provide refunds due to unavailability resulting from these inherent constraints.

Tool Removal:

We reserve the right to remove any tools from our platform if we encounter official issues. However, for any single tool, we are not obligated to refund any package.

Refund Process:

Initiating a refund process may take 4-5 days, and users are required to wait during this period. Additionally, the payment gateway may take an additional 4-5 days to complete the refund.

Account Violations:

Refunds will not be provided if an account is banned or blocked due to invalid activities. Furthermore, any use of abusive language towards our support assistants will result in the forfeiture of refund eligibility. No exceptions will be considered in such cases. Refunds are also not applicable if tool limits are exhausted, and users must wait for the limits to refresh.

No Refund Without Valid Reason:
